Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento es espectacular en un lugar increíble. Está todo muy cuidado y la zona piscina-terraza es de ensueño.

Aspectos negativos: Lo único malo es que está lejos de la zona de ocio aunque los taxis te llevan y traen.

Lugar insólito pero con un anfitrión un poco distraído…

Aspectos positivos: El sitio era maravilloso,unas vistas impresionantes y todo muy limpio.

Aspectos negativos: Se estropeó la puerta de entrada,el wifi no iba,cuando pregunté y me dijeron que estaba arreglado y luego no nos cargaba nada y no pude trabajar,apareció un chico para limpiar la piscina sin previo aviso,no había tumbonas y nos tuvimos que sentar en sillas de la playa para no partirnos la espalda…

Wonderful time again, lovely place and would always recommend.

Aspectos negativos: Level of cleaning specifically glass conservatory windows not been cleaned at all and affected view and maintenance support when needed not as good this time. However, this would not prevent us from returning.

Outstanding property

Aspectos positivos: Outstanding property, very well equipped, better than the photo's. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 great bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor conservatory/dining, pool with sunbeds. Covered parking. Great modern Aircon in all rooms. There is a small campsite 10 mins down the lane, Camping el Quinto ( right out of the gate, left at the end of the black top road) that is very friendly, and does great Mexican food , very reasonably. All voted it the best burger ever eaten anywhere.. 2 supermarkets within 15 mins drive, good to stock up. Any questions I had for the owner got a prompt response.

Aspectos negativos: We could not find the villa using the postcode or Booking com address. We asked a local shopkeeper, they could not find it either! However, I called the owner, and he sent me a dropped pin on Google maps, got us straight there. Suggest this is added to the property description. No WiFi, even though it states there is, it's not connected to the internet. However, we bought our fire stick and connected it to our phone WiFi hotspot as there is 5g coverage. Urgently need a net for the pool. Bugs tend to drown overnight, so needs skimming daily. Pool guy came once in 10 days, 30 mins and done 👍 No ventilation in the second bathroom, opening the door and the little window opposite works, but not until the bathroom is empty. It's a 20 min walk up a very steep hill to Mojacar. Don't expect to see anyone whilst at the villa, quite isolated. We last visited Mojacar 10 years ago, since then it has become as much English as Spanish. Everyone sells pizza and an English breakfast, struggled to get tapas this time 😔.
