Expoholidays- Primera linea de playa Palmeral

Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Aspectos positivos: La playa está a dos minutos andando. EL mirador del salón, tener lavavajillas, tener dos baños. El salón es muy agradable. La televisión es muy grande. Hay un parquing al lado del apartamento. Aunque está lejos del centro hay una parada de autobús al lado que te lleva.

Aspectos negativos: Me hubiera gustado que el centrifugado de la lavadora funcionara. Es difícil que la ropa se seque cuando no se puede escurrir. Las habitaciones dan a una calle muy concurrida. Hay que cerrar la ventana.

Aspectos positivos: La limpieza bien, que es un aspecto importante. Las utensilios de cocina también bien. Había pastillas para lavavajillas y lavadora, muy bien también. Las vistas lo mejor.

Aspectos negativos: El secador del pelo estaba para tirarlo. Las mesitas de noche son una incomodidad para quienes debemos usar para dormir un CPAP. Pero esto es algo muy personal. El apartamento está muy bien en su conjunto.

Aspectos positivos: La situación es privilegiada. Hay un supermercado en el mismo edificio, y la playa a escasos metros.

Aspectos negativos: El apartamento necesita algunas reparaciones menores. Y las almohadas son bastante grandes y duras. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Espectacular mirador al mar

Aspectos positivos: Las vistas al mar son preciosas, la reforma del apartamento es funcional, práctica y bonita, gran sofá y gran tele.

Aspectos negativos: Las almohadas demasiado altas, las manchas de las tapicerías de los sofas

Ubicación increible

Aspectos positivos: Está justo a pié de playa. Muy bien situado. Unas vistas estupendas al mar. El detalle del kit para fregar los platos genial. Apartamento muy completo: secador de pelo, plancha para ropa, lavavajillas,cafetera, tostador, menaje, etc.

Aspectos negativos: Faltaba un poco de limpieza. Las paredes un poco sucias y en las dos habitaciones se tenía pinta de haber cambiado las ventanas y estaba todo lo de la rededor sin pintar. En los sofás había varios manchurrones...

Great place for a family holiday but be prepared to cook for yourself if you want an early dinner.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and in a great location for a beach holiday as it is situated about 50m from the beach. There is parking right next door in which we were lucky enough to get a space though we didn´t move the car again until the end of our holiday as I don´t think we would have found it easy to get parked again. Spar supermarket in the same block as the apartment and plenty of public transport.

Aspectos negativos: The entry system for the apartment itself is done completely on a mobile phone which is a great idea in itself but not fool proof. There is only one air conditioning unit in the apartment and that is in the living room so you have to have it on really cold at night and keep all the doors open for it to have any effect in the bedrooms. No fans available either. There really isn´t a lot there other than the beach, lots of patisseries and coffee shops but not a lot in the way of restaurants if you are holidaying with young children and nothing opens to serve dinner until 8pm. There are no children´s playparks within walking distance along the paseo.

Super nice

Aspectos positivos: The view and location are perfect. There's a public and free parking lot next to it so we didn't have any issue to leave the car there.

Aspectos negativos: The automatic lock mechanism on the apartment door was sometimes slow but it worked.

Aspectos positivos: Nice and quiet location at the beachfront. Just a short walk to the city centre. Very nice service. Good and clean flat with everything you need.

Aspectos positivos: Wonderful location right opposite the sea with spectacular view from the window seat. Good kitchen and shower facilities and nice and spacious.

Aspectos negativos: No soft lighting in the main room. A couple of minor touches such as a table lamp and pictures on walls would make it more cosy.

Très agréable séjour, je reviendrai sans hésitation

Aspectos positivos: Vue superbe sur la mer. Le logement est très confortable et calme, on n'entend pas les voisins. Le quartier est très bien. Nous avons bien apprécié la clé dématérialisée, chacun pouvant rentrer et sortir comme il l'entend sans avoir à gérer le problème de clé unique ! Un grand confort pour nous !

Aspectos negativos: La machine à laver dans la petite salle de bain était fermée avec l'intérieur mouillé quand nous sommes arrivées, l'odeur était donc désagréable. Nous ne nous sommes pas servi de cette salle de bain ni de la machine à laver. La wifi n'arrive pas jusque dans les chambres, dommage !
