Aspectos positivos: La ubicación me parece excelente pues buscábamos estar junto a la playa y a corta distancia de Almería. Las instalaciones fueron correctas, aunque sobre esto hay que comentar.

Aspectos negativos: La limpieza ha dejado mucho que desear aunque se cobran 40 euros por ello. Encontramos el apartamento con basura en el cubo que procedía del inquilino anterior, además sobre un armario junto a la entrada encontramos una bandeja con restos de envases de comida, un calcetín . . . Disponemos de fotos de todo ello que gustosamente enviaremos al propietario. Por otro lado encontramos el lavabo completamente obstruido y humedades antiguas en el entorno de la ducha. Por tanto el mantenimiento y la limpieza son muy deficientes.

Minivacaciones de playa espectaculares

Aspectos positivos: Nos ha encantado esta vivienda. El apartamento y el mobiliario nuevo, de calidad y muy bien decorado. tiene una cama supergrande y cómoda, un sofácama muy cómodo también. La cocina equipada con todo detalle. El anfitrión muy atento. Super cerca de la playa. En segunda línea de playa. todos los servicios, bares, supermercados, tiendas. La zona muy segura y agradable. Aparcamos en la misma puerta, aunque hay supercerca unos aparcamientos gratuitos. Repetiremos seguro

Aspectos negativos: Me gustó todo. No tengo queja de nada

Aspectos positivos: Extremely clean, well furnished with everything you might need. Extremely thoughtful and comfortable. The welcome was a nice touch!

Aspectos negativos: I really needed some cold water to drink when I arrived.

Great place for both: leisure or some remote work. 100% recommended!

Aspectos positivos: Clean, bright, you do not see the beachfront, but also it's not so noisy from tourists, still you can hear sounds of the sea which is amazing. Wi-Fi was stable, kitchen had everything I could only wish. The host sent me instructions on how to come in: front door to the building is on a physical key access - it was open temporary by time I came in, a door to apartment itself had a code lock (I had a code with the mesage), and inside I've easilty found a key from the door to the building. Beach is literally several steps nearby, small but handy shop with food is super close to (fans of Simpsons gotta be extremely happy passing that shop). I was alone, but the flat could easily accept 2-3 ppl. Also the welcome gift was extremely nice!

Aspectos positivos: Appartement propre et lumineux, très agréable. A 100 m de la mer, c'était très bien.

Nice appartment for a comfortable stay

Aspectos positivos: Nice small appartment, located close to the promenade. It was quite and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Parking nearby can get busy, so we using a free large parking El Palmeral 10 minutes away on foot.

Aspectos negativos: The electronic door lock was not working, but the host sorted out the situation very quickly.
