Aspectos positivos: Las vistas, sin duda. Espectacular la panorámica al mar. Del apartamento, su estilo decorativo, con muebles restaurados. El armario del dormitorio principal, una belleza. Un apartamento muy acogedor, de 10.
Aspectos negativos: En general, todo bien.

The winter stay was very good.
Aspectos positivos: Sea view, very large apartment with private parking nearby, close to downtown area and a nice beach with many restaurants. If you want a TV, there is a very large one and Wifi was good. Quiet area. And an elevator to the 5th floor. Reception at a different location and very helpful.
Aspectos negativos: Tricky front door key. Something strange about kitchen floor tiles moving up and down. And few electrical outlets in kitchen.

PERFECT LOCATION
Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, only metres from the beach. Secure underground car park about 100 metres away. Wi-fi download speed 440 mbps. Lounge had fantastic views. Nice restaurant directly below serves a good Menu. Kitchen well equipped. Air-con in bedrooms and lounge. Both bathrooms had baths. Hot water was hot!
Aspectos negativos: Downstairs front door lock difficult to open. Kitchen could do with some small and medium size saucepans for boiling water.

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment, stunning panoramic view from the living room windows, cute balcony for a romantic evening with sea view, stylish design. Very cozy. The beach is right under the house. The beach is sandy, wide, there is gentle entrance to the sea. Great addition: two beach chairs and an umbrella available. On the ground floor there is a cafe for breakfasts. We were very happy to be in this apartment. + underground parking not far from the apartment. By the way, WiFi is available.
Aspectos negativos: The electric is very weak, it automatically turns off when you turn on the stove and a couple of air conditioners, it is difficult to get through to the staff in this case, and it is not clear what to do. I recommend clarifying in advance with staff how to help yourself as it definitely will be the case.

Nice sea view apartment!
Aspectos positivos: Aloha’s apartment is nice and spacious, with a great sea view. We enjoyed the two cozy bedrooms and the two well-equipped bathrooms. It’s located right in the center of Águilas, yet on a quiet street by the beach. Aloha is easy to communicate with and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Lage und Wohnung sind ein Traum, komme spätestens zum Karneval wieder
Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist unübertroffen, die Aussicht phänomenal. Es hat mir alles gefallen, Kontakt unkompliziert, auch in English. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum.
Aspectos negativos: Mir hat alles gefallen, ausser, dass die Müllcontainer mitten in der Nacht entleert werden, aber auch das kann man verstehen, aufgrund des wenigen Verkehrs, das gehört einfach dazu.
